What wearables does MigraineMe support?

MigraineMe connects to Garmin, WHOOP, Oura, Polar, and Apple Health. Each wearable syncs sleep, heart rate, HRV, recovery, and other health metrics automatically.

How does the migraine risk gauge work?

The risk gauge analyses your health data (sleep quality, stress, weather, nutrition, and more) to calculate a daily risk score from 0 to 20. It also provides a 7-day forecast so you can see risk trends ahead of time.

Is my health data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security. We never sell or share your health data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What does the free trial include?

The 30-day free trial gives you full access to all premium features including insights, risk forecasts, AI recommendations, PDF reports, and the chat assistant. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's settings:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MigraineMe
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MigraineMe

Can I use MigraineMe without a wearable?

Yes. MigraineMe works with just your phone — it tracks screen time, noise levels, weather, and nutrition. Connecting a wearable adds sleep, HRV, recovery, and other metrics for more accurate predictions.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

The app isn't syncing my wearable data

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your wearable in Settings → Connections. Make sure you've granted all required permissions. If the issue persists, email us at support@migraineme.app and we'll help.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to Profile, and your subscription should restore automatically. If not, go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases".
